Project type

Role

Lead Architects

At the edge of the country, where journeys begin and end, this Public Service Hall stands as both a threshold and a welcome. More than a building, it is a gesture a drapery drawn open, inviting all to step inside. Its form embodies the timeless tradition of hospitality, a value deeply rooted in our culture and passed down through generations.
The architecture translates this heritage into space: the flowing lines of the façade recall the softness of fabric being pulled aside, revealing openness, transparency, and warmth. Just as a host unveils the home to a guest, the building unveils itself to those who arrive, offering services, orientation, and a sense of belonging.
Inside, light filters through generous openings, creating an atmosphere of clarity and accessibility. Movement flows freely, echoing the openness of borders crossed with trust and welcome. Every detail from material choices to the rhythm of the spaces reinforces the message that here, public service is not bureaucracy but care, not enclosure but connection.
The Public Service Hall becomes a symbolic gateway: a contemporary interpretation of our ancient custom of greeting the stranger with generosity. Standing near the border, it is the country’s first embrace a built expression of identity, dignity, and hospitality
